Warranty Policy

Rissa Solutions will happily honor any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 90 days of receipt of items. Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping; however, we will reimburse you upon successful warranty claim.

Upon return receipt of items for a warranty claim, you can expect Rissa Solutions to process your claim within 7 days.

Once the warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:

  • (a) refund to your payment method
  • (b) a refund in store credit
  • (c) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)

Two-Year (Parts Only) Guarantee:

Rissa Solutions covers the warranty on all replaceable parts for two years, including mechanisms, legs, and assembly kits.

This warranty applies under conditions of normal residential use and does not apply to damage incurred as a result of negligence or misuse. This includes improper cleaning, exposure to chemicals and foreign substances, liquids, accidents, or any use for which the product was not intended. Accidental spills of strong chemicals (e.g., industrial cleaners, grout hardener, paint stripper, brush cleaners, metal cleaners, oven cleaners, cleaners containing methylene chloride, acid cleaners, acetone-based nail varnish removers, etc.) should be cleaned promptly with plenty of soapy water to avoid damaging the furniture surface.

Undetected or prolonged exposure to chemicals will likely damage the furniture surface. In cases of such exposure, the product warranty will be void and handled as a case of abuse.

Claims against the warranty must be presented to us directly, with dated proof of purchase and delivery.
